GEOTECH is a leading geotechnical consultancy that has served the civil engineering and geological community since 1986. Our well-equipped laboratory, one of the best in the region, specialises in soil investigation and the testing of construction materials, water and more. We carry out testing work for a wide range of Central and State Government agencies.

Our laboratory is approved by the Chief Engineer, CPWD Chandigarh; Chief Engineer, MES Jalandhar; MES Udhampur; MES Chandigarh; Airport Authority of India; BSNL; All India Radio; Haryana Police Housing Corporation; and Chandigarh Capital Project, and is endorsed by several other departments. Our facilities also include a 200 kN Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for testing steel and other materials.

We also specialise in timber identification, chemical testing of preservative content in wood, earth resistivity testing, geophysical surveys, groundwater investigation, and land and contour surveys. All laboratory data and reports are managed through a fully computerised data bank and reporting system.

Over the years, we have delivered civil engineering consultancy services to many esteemed clients, including Central and State Government bodies, semi-government organisations, Public Sector Undertakings, sugar industries, power sector companies, reputed private builders, construction companies, contractors and developers, schools, colleges, engineering and research institutes, architects, and leading national and international consultants. Our work spans projects involving buildings, overhead tanks, microwave towers, transmission lines, sumps, roads, rivers, bridges and culverts.

In addition, we provide material testing for quality control during the execution of civil works, for both buildings and roads. We also undertake topographical and contour surveys that support the finalisation of building, industrial, township and plant layouts, including the marking of bench marks, boundary pillars and grid pillars. These surveys help our clients plan their projects, landscaping and other civil engineering works.

All tests required for foundation investigation, sub-grade investigation, geotechnical investigation and material testing, both in the field and in the laboratory, are carried out using our comprehensive range of field and laboratory equipment. Our team of experts scrutinises and analyses every result with the help of advanced in-house computer facilities.
